xDAIO-32 Series Programmable Logic Controller (QPLC)

General information

Specifications:

The controller is built on a modular principle.

The system includes:

  • one processor module;

  • from one to eight I/O modules.

The processor module and input/output modules are informationally integrated via the RS-485 (TIA/EIA-485) system interface.

The communication protocol is based on the Modbus RTU protocol, with the processor module being the master module and the I/O modules being the slaves.

The first queue of the controller includes modules of the following types:

  • discrete input module xD3210-16DI;

  • discrete output module xD3220-16DO;

  • analog input module xD3230-16AI;

  • xD3240-8AO analog output module.

Areas of use:

1. Oil and gas industry:

  • Pad telemechanics, as part of the cabinets of Intelligent Well Control Stations, Pad Control Stations of Group Measuring Units - collection and relaying of data to the Upper Level from digital sensors and secondary blocks of technological objects of the well cluster.

  • Automated Control Systems for Technological Processes of Oil and Gas Treatment Sites (Booster Pumping Stations, Preliminary Water Discharge Units, Oil/Gas Treatment Units, Pumping Stations, Reservoir Pressure Maintenance Systems - collection and relaying of data to the Upper Level from digital sensors and secondary blocks of technological objects: Pump Units, Comb Blocks, Oil Metering Units, etc.

  • Linear telemechanics - as part of control cabinets for main crane / gate valves.

2. Energy:

  • Systems of power distribution and power supply, technical metering of electricity: oil and gas production facilities, oil and gas treatment, storage and transport.

  • Data Acquisition and Transmission Devices for commercial electricity metering systems.

3. Ecological control of the environment at distributed facilities of oil and gas companies.

4. Telemechanization and control of cathodic protection stations of the APAI type (USA), V-OPE TM-63-48U2 (B.1 series) and SKZ IP-MN4R (RF) and any other analog or digital ones, at linear and site facilities of ECP oil and gas producing and transport companies.
